- Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
- Cut the feta into small pieces
- Prepare the appetizer tomatoes by putting the top of the half-cherry tomatoes underneath in order to have more balance. This will prevent the appetizer tomato from rolling.
- Cover the half-cherry tomato with Genovese pesto. Add a piece of feta, then cover with the other cherry tomato half.
- Do the same with the other cherry tomatoes
- Arrange them on a pretty plate.
