INGREDIENTS

For 4 people :

RECIPE PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Let the butter soften
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, ground almonds and soft butter.
  4. Butter a bottom of a dish with a diameter of about 30 cm
  5. Pour half of the preparation into the dish, brush the top with cherry jam, then cover with the rest of the preparation.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
