risotto with truffle

INGREDIENTS

For 4 people :

  • 250g of flour
  • 250g Sardines with basil and thyme 
  • 100g of fresh cream 
  • 4 eggs
  • 10g of butter
  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • salt and pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Drain the sardines but keep the oil.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°.
  3. Mix the flour, yeast, salt and eggs in a bowl with a lot of energy. 
  4. Add the cream and 2 tablespoons of oil from the sardines.
  5. Add the sardines and pepper to the mixture and stir the whole mixture while lifting the dough.
  6. Butter your cake pan.
  7. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 35 to 45 minutes.

Let the cake cool and serve it sliced!
