brownie with vanilla milk jam

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients for 8 parts :

  • 200g of chocolate of your choice 
  • 220g of vanilla milk jam
  • 150g of flour
  • 110g of butter
  • 100g of sugar
  • 4 eggs
Ustensil : 

  • A square cake dish

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 180C°
  2. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan. When it is liquid, pour it into a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar. Then add the chocolate and vanilla milk jam and mix well.
  4. When the mixture is smooth, melt the butter in the microwave and add it to the preparation with the flour. Mix until there is no more lumps. 
  5. Spread the mixture in the buttered cake dish and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. You can check your brownie by sticking a knife in it. If it comes out clean, your dessert can be served!
Cooking tip: you can add walnuts during your preparation !
