Our egg pasta line is produced with selected durum wheat semolina, kneaded only with fresh eggs.
Extruded in bronze and dried on wooden trays, the pasta is made in a small Italian workshop.The manufacturing process allows us to obtain pasta with all the characteristics of the artisan product, prepared according to tradition. The dough is kneaded slowly to ensure the consistency, flavor and aroma characteristics.
Slow drying (14 to 16 hours) and low temperature guarantees a product that keeps all its properties intact and maintains a moisture content below 12%. You will have the feeling of eating fresh pasta made the same day!
