Fresh egg tagliatelle is a typical dish from Southern Piedmont (Italy).
Our egg pasta line is produced with selected durum wheat semolina, kneaded only with fresh eggs.
Manufactured following a thorough production process, this traditional pasta enriched with chilli and tomato is processed to obtain a new version whose taste is deeper and more intense.

Cook the pasta in 4 litres of water, only 2 to 3 minutes. Salt and stir gently from time to time. Season the pasta with olive oil and Parmesan cheese.
Durum wheat flour, eggs 35%, chilli 2.5%, tomato 1.5%.
Store at room temperature away from heating and light sources.
