INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

  1. Wash the cucumber. If it's organic, you don't have to peel it.
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut about ten thin slices.
  3. Roll the strips so as to leave a hollow in the middle, and maintain the shape of the cucumber with a sprig of chives.
  4. Place the cucumbers upright on a plate.
  5. Place a teaspoon of toïonade in the center of each cucumber roll.
  6. Store in the refrigerator, and serve the rolls chilled.
