RECIPE PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, egg and then the butter.
- Knead until you have a smooth dough and form a ball. Leave to rest for 1 hour in the fridge.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and form a rectangle 1 cm thick.
- Cut out discs with a cookie cutter. Cut out the center of half of the discs.
- Bake the shortbread covered with parchment paper for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Let cool on a rack.
- Spread a spoonful of jam over the whole shortbread. Sprinkle the hollowed-out shortbread with icing sugar and assemble them.
