The beautiful golden yellow apricot is one of the first emissaries of spring. Its meat is sweet and soft, ideal for spreading at breakfast.

This recipe is prepared with 90g of apricot for 100g of finished product.

The Sur le Sentier des Bergers jams do not contain any artificial colouring. All colours are the result of using high quantities of fresh fruit during the preparation.

Made in low temperature cooking. Preserved aromas and flavor. Without colouring.
