INGREDIENTS

For 4 to 6 people :

• 3 eggs

• 150g flour

• 120ml of milk

• 10 slices of bacon

• 6 slices of cheddar cheese

• 100g of sun-dried tomatoes Sur le Sentier des Bergers

• 80g of oil (it is possible to use the oil from the jar of dried tomatoes, it's even better!)

• ½ sachet of yeast

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Dice the bacon, cheddar and sun-dried tomatoes
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs
  4. Add flour and baking powder, then mix
  5. Add oil and milk and mix again until smooth
  6. Add the diced bacon and sun-dried tomatoes to the mixture
  7. Salt, pepper to your liking
  8. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°
  9. Check for doneness with a knife
