RECIPE PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, mix 2 of the 35g jars of truffle slices and their oil with the crème fraîche, then let steep in the refrigerator.
  2. Bring the water to a boil and cook the tagliatelle with truffle. Please note, the artisanal tagliatelles Sur le Sentier des Bergers are to be cooked only 2 to 3 minutes maximum!
  3. Take the truffled cream out of the fridge and add 50g of Parmesan cheese.
  4. In a skillet over very low heat, mix the tagliatelle with the truffle cream and parmesan.
  5. Serve the tagliatelle with truffles in soup plates and sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan cheese.
  6. Use the 3rd jar of truffle slices to arrange some on the tagliatelle and the edges of plates, then serve.

Small advice: Keep the conservation oil of the strips of the 3rd jar, it is used in cooking! For example, you can use it in a summer salad.
